Power-Building Exercises to Increase Your Psychic Power and Sensitivity

You already are a psychic antennae, in fact, we all are. We all have magnetic energy around us (aura). We all have spiritual batteries (chakras). We all bring prana/chi into our bodies with each breath. In order to increase your psychic power and sensitivity, you must increase your energy to remain healthy and strong mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. If you find that you don’t have a lot of energy, then your chi/prana life force is weak and this is an area that needs to be worked on.
Here are some tips: Eat well: What has more energy - a steak that’s been frozen for weeks, or a fresh green salad? Drink lots of water. Practice moderation with alcohol and other substances. Go outside and BREATHE: Try to go to a place where there’s an abundance of trees and grass. Rest: If you don’t get enough sleep, you’re tired and your energy is low. Access the situation: Monitor your energy in all situations. Spend time sitting in the silence: A great way to replenish your body and soul. Let go of resentments and jealousy: This will only rob you of your power and drain your energy. Help others: This is the Law of Attraction. Like attracts like – so helping others is a positive way to attract only good in your life. Stay grounded with this work. Practice exercises that use visualization: Practice bringing in color, and visualize yourself by the sea, on top of a mountain, or in a field etc. Meditation: Do a meditation that takes you to the Astral Realm. It is there where you will find it more easy to navigate your spiritual work.
