Petite Chef Dhee Mc'Free

Is a professional pastry chef with over 10 years of experience in the culinary industry. She has worked in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the city of New Orleans, including fine dining restaurants, from scratch bakeries and luxury hotels.

Growing up, Dhee was always drawn to the kitchen. She loved watching her grandmother and mother bake and cook, and she would often join in and help with the mixing and measuring. As she grew older, Dhee realized that her passion for cooking and baking could become a career. After completing culinary school, she began working towards sharpening her skill in some of the top kitchens in the city of New Orleans.

Over the years, Dhee has honed her skills and developed a unique style that combines classic techniques with modern flavors and ingredients. Her signature desserts are known for their exquisite presentation and perfectly balanced flavors. Her attention to detail and commitment to quality have earned her a loyal following among foodies and pastry enthusiasts.

Now, Dhee is starting her own home bakery, where she will create custom cakes, pastries, and desserts for weddings, birthdays, and other special occasions. She is excited to bring her passion for pastry to her community and share her creations with others.

In her free time, Dhee enjoys experimenting with new recipes and flavors. She loves traveling and discovering new culinary traditions, and she often incorporates these influences into her own creations. She is also passionate about teaching and sharing her knowledge with others, and she hopes to one day open her own Bed and Breakfast and Wellness Center.
